Overview

Depending on how your store has been set up on Versatile Credit, Inc.'s system, IP addresses must be allowlisted before a device can be used in a specific location. This is done for security reasons to guarantee that the device can only be used while physically in the store.

Submitting an Allowlist Request

1. Reach out to our Customer Support department through email or phone

2. Provide the following information:
   1. The IP address that needs to be allowlisted
   2. The street address of the store that the device will be used in

A support team member will follow up to confirm that the IP address was successfully allowlisted or to request additional information.
