How Can I Request Changes to My Cascade?


Depending on the Versatile Credit, Inc. product you're currently using, changes can be made to the cascade of lenders. These changes include, but are not limited to:

    • Adding Lenders
    • Removing Lenders
    • Adding Features (*)
      • Lender Prequalification
      • Top-off

Sending a cascade update request informs us of the change you wish to make and provides us with the necessary information to process it.


(*) - Feature requests are subject to lender approval


Submitting a Cascade Update/Enhancement Request


  1. Contact your Versatile Credit, Inc. account manager. If you don't know who your account manager is, contact our Customer Support department for assistance

  2. Provide the following information:
    1. Your Retailer Name
    2. The street address for the locations that will receive the change
    3. The desired cascade change
      1. If you're looking to add a lender to your cascade, please ensure that you already have an account with them, as we will need to request credentials from them

A team member will follow up to confirm that we received the request and to request additional information that may be required.
