Can I Move a Kiosk to a Different Location?
Yes! Kiosks can be reconfigured to be used in a different location than the one it was originally sent to. Please contact your account manager or our customer support department to let us know if your kiosk needs reconfiguring. You will need to provide the following information:
- The address of the location where the kiosk was initially set up for
- If you have more than one kiosk at the store, please provide the VSKSK for the kiosk being moved
- The address of the location that the kiosk is being moved to
- The date the kiosk will be moved to the new location
A team member will let you know that we received your request and will provide a new registration key once the kiosk is reconfigured.
