How to Change the Password on a Legacy Kiosk

Before You Begin


Before attempting to connect a kiosk to a network, be sure that you have the following:

  1. The kiosk's administrative password (*)

(*) - A kiosk's administrative password is chosen during the kiosk's initial setup process. Please call Versatile Credit Customer Support if you need the password.


Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Reboot the kiosk by unplugging it and plugging it back in
  2. Click on Configure once the option becomes available

  3. Enter the kiosk's administrative password

  4. In the Configuration Main Menu, click on Password
  5. You will be prompted to enter the current administrative password and enter the new one
    1. If you received a One-Day Password from Versatile Credit Customer Support, you can use this password as the current administrative password
