Before You Begin
Before attempting to connect a kiosk to a network, be sure that you have the following:
- The kiosk's administrative password (*)
(*) - A kiosk's administrative password is chosen during the kiosk's initial setup process. Please call Versatile Credit Customer Support if you need the password.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Reboot the kiosk by unplugging it and plugging it back in
Click on Configure once the option becomes available
Enter the kiosk's administrative password
- In the Configuration Main Menu, click on Password
- You will be prompted to enter the current administrative password and enter the new one
- If you received a One-Day Password from Versatile Credit Customer Support, you can use this password as the current administrative password
