How to Factory Restore a Web Kiosk

Before You Begin


Before attempting to connect a kiosk to a network, be sure that you have the following:

  1. The network name and password (if using Wi-Fi)
  2. The kiosk's administrative password (*)

(*) - A kiosk's administrative password is chosen during the kiosk's initial setup process. Please call Versatile Credit Customer Support if you need the password.


Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Reboot the kiosk by unplugging it and plugging it back in
  2. Click on Configure once the option becomes available

  3. Enter the kiosk's administrative password

  4. In the Configuration Main Menu, click on Factory Reset and follow the on-screen prompts
  5. Once the kiosk finishes the restoration process, you will be taken back to the initial setup menu
