Replacing a Printer in a Cumberland Kiosk

Before You Begin

Before beginning the kiosk installation, be sure that you have the following:

  1. The key to open the kiosk
  2. A wrench

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the kiosk to access the printer

  2. Disconnect all cables from the faulty printer

    An open Cumberland enclosure. It currently has a KR203 printer installed.

  3. Unscrew and remove all three nuts holding the printer bracket
  4. Remove the printer bracket
  5. Place the new bracket and printer on the kiosk
  6. Place and tighten the three nuts making sure that the height of the printer output aligns with the receipt slit on the kiosk

  7. Reconnect all cables to the new printer. Depending on the type of printer being replaced, the printer power cable on the kiosk will need to be replaced (included with the printer)
