Accessing the Configuration Menu

  • The purpose of this guide is to provide a walkthrough of accessing the configuration menu on a Versatile Kiosk

Overview

The configuration menu contains all the settings for your kiosk, including network and display settings and options to factory restore it.


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Power cycle your kiosk by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in

  2. When the kiosk reboots, click on Configure

    NOTE: This option is only available for 30 seconds. If the kiosk resumes it's bootup sequence, you'll need to go back to Step 1.


  1. Enter your device password

    NOTE: Contact Versatile Credit Customer Support if you don't have the device password available


  1. Once you enter the password, you will arrive at the main menu
