What Should I Do If a Shipment Arrives Damaged?
Some kiosks are shipped on pallets via freight truck. Occasionally, these kiosks can be damaged during shipping. Always inspect every delivery before receiving it.
If your kiosk arrives damaged:
- Make sure you note that the kiosk arrived damaged on any shipping documentation you receive/ sign.
- Immediately let your carrier know of the damage.
Depending on the extent of the damage, you may want to refuse the delivery and have it returned.
What if the damage isn't noticeable until after unpacking the kiosk?
If the kiosk's damage isn't apparent until it's fully unpacked, please contact Versatile Customer Support immediately to report the damage and begin the process of sending a replacement.
