What Should I Do if an Application is Pending?

Occasionally, an application can result in a Pending status from the lender. This can happen for a variety of reasons, but the most common is that the lender requires additional information from the customer before making the final decision.

If this happens, we recommend that the customer contact the lender's customer service team so they can provide more information on the Pending status.
