Editing Users in the Versatile Portal
Users who are set as administrators in the portal can grant access to other users and set the type of access they will have. This is done through the Users tab in the Versatile portal.
The steps below will guide you through editing existing users' access within the Versatile portal.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Access and log into the Versatile portal
- Once you're in the Dashboard, click on Users from the sidebar options
The Plans tab is only available to users who have the Admin role
In the Users tab, find the user that you want to edit and click on the Edit action
- An Edit User box will populate, and you'll be able to change any information for the selected user
- Once all the information is entered, click Save
