Overview


A Network Status: Error Message 1 is indicative that the kiosk is having an issue with its physical ethernet connection. This can range from issues with the ports where the ethernet cable is connected to problems with the cable itself.


Troubleshooting Steps


After every step, check the status of the kiosk. Once the error is resolved, the kiosk should connect to the network and begin the required system maintenance.

  1. Reseat (unplug and plug back in) the ethernet cable at both ends.

  2. Plug the ethernet cable into a different wall port (if available)
    1. If necessary, reach out to local IT to confirm what wall port the kiosk should be connected to
  3. Replace the ethernet cable
