Before You Begin

Before beginning the kiosk installation, be sure that you have the following:

1. A hive tool (Security Screwdriver)

   

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Unplug the kiosk from the printer

2. Flip the kiosk so the faceplate is making contact with a surface

   

3. Using a hive tool, unscrew the four security screws on the back of the faceplate

   

4. While holding the faceplate in place, flip the kiosk to the correct orientation

5. Remove the faceplate

   

6. Unplug the tablet power cable

   

7. Remove the defective tablet and replace it with the new one
8. Connect the power cable to the tablet
9. Place the faceplate back on the kiosk
10. Flip the kiosk so that the faceplate is making contact with a surface (Step 2)
11. Place and tighten all four security screws
12. Flip the kiosk
