When a Cumberland kiosk displays a message saying that it was unable to contact the Versatile administrative server, it means that its network traffic is being blocked. This is typically caused by the firewall at the store blocking traffic to certain endpoints that the kiosk requires.


Resolution

To resolve this issue, you'll need to ensure that the kiosk has access to the endpoints below. Once these exceptions are added to the firewall, reboot the kiosk.

Once these exceptions are added to the firewall, reboot the kiosk.
