Replacing a Printer in an ELO All-In-One

  • The purpose of this guide is to provide a walkthrough of the process of installing a new printer in an ELO All-In-One kiosk
  • This guide is intended for the personnel responsible for maintaining the kiosk

Before You Begin

Before beginning the kiosk installation, be sure that you have the following:

  1. A Phillips Head Screwdriver/ Drill


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Unscrew the two screws holding the printer bracket

  2. Pull the printer bracket out of the kiosk

  3. Unplug the power and USB cables on the back of the printer

  4. Remove the bracket from the kiosk

  5. Unscrew the top screw on the bracket that holds the printer in place

  6. Lift the printer to unhook it from the two screws on the back

  7. Replace the printer. Make sure that the power switch on the new printer is set to On ( I ), as shown below

  8. Follow steps 1-6 in reverse to install the new printer
