Removing the iPad from the Pro Desk Enclosure

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Once you have removed the Pro Desk enclosure from your Pro Desk stand, you can open the enclosure by removing the four screws on the back. To do so, you’ll need a specialty screwdriver sent out with each Pro Desk.  If you can’t find yours, please contact Versatile Credit Customer Support.

2. Remove the four security screws located on the back of the enclosure. 

3. Once the four screws are removed, you’ll be able to remove the enclosure’s front plate.

4. Once you remove the front plate, you can remove the iPad. Unplug the iPad and remove it from the enclosure. To remove the power cord, you may need to cut a zip tie that holds the power cord in place.
