Loading Paper into a TSP-100 Printer

Before You Begin

Before beginning the kiosk installation, be sure that you have the following:

  1. A roll of small thermal paper


Confirm that your kiosk has a TSP-100 printer, as shown below.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. On the side of the printer, press and slide the latch to open the lid.

  2. Flip the lid open.

  3. Place the paper roll in the printer with the loose paper coming from under the roll towards the front of the printer.

  4. Once the thermal paper is installed, pull enough paper to reach the outside of the printer and close the lid on top of it. The receipt paper will advance and trim the excess paper.

  5. The printer is now ready for use.
