Before You Begin


Before you can factory restore an iPad on a Pro Desk kiosk, it needs to be removed from the Versatile Credit Mobile Device Management (MDM). Please contact Versatile Credit Customer Support to request that the device be removed from the MDM. 


Step-by-Step Guide


  1. On the iPad Home Screen, click on Settings.



  2. Click on General.


  3. Click on Transfer or Reset iPad.
  4. Click on Erase All Content and Settings.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to factory restore the device.
