Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 - Four Finger Gesture
You can access the in-app settings by placing four fingers on the screen (two on each side) and holding your fingers until a passcode prompt appears (about one second.)
Step 2 - Enter the Application Password
After completing the gesture, you will be prompted to enter the application admin password. By default, this password is the same as the one used to unlock the tablet.
Step 3 - Application Settings
If you have successfully entered the password, the application will transition to the application settings menu.
To access the system settings, continue to step 4. To return to the credit application, touch Run Kiosk Presentation.
Step 4 - Navigating to the Printer Settings
Scroll down on the Settings page until you find the Printing section, and click on Star Micronics Printer Settings.
Step 5 - Pairing the Printer to the Kiosk
Click on Select Printer. A dropdown menu will appear on the side of the screen. Click on USB.
A list of available printers will populate on the screen. If the kiosk is correctly connected to the printer, you will see a TSP-100 printer as an option. Click on the available printer to pair the printer to the kiosk. A box with printer families will populate on the screen. Select Done in the top left corner of the box.
The printer should now have a checkmark next to it confirming that the pairing was successful.
